A tireless seeker of knowledge, always yearning for challenges and puzzles...
I have been fascinated by computers since I was in diapers. Things never changed... I'm no longer in diapers though!
In high school, I was that kid that seemed to never be paying attention. Seemingly in my own world
of thoughts. That is also the time I got introduced to programming and I've been hooked ever since.
When I entered college, I had a somewhat clear mind to become a software developer. But, strings had their
own way of unfolding. During the start of the second-half of my second year at IIITD, I got introduced to Research and I've
been pursuing it ever since, with my focus being Structural and Computation Biology. University is also the time where I completed
some awesome projects which can be found here

It is an interdisciplinary programme aimed at providing knowledge of Computer Science, foundations of Modern Biology along with Mathematics to enable individuals to be able to harness the power of mathematics and computation and use them to solve the lacunas in Modern Biology. The programme aims to develope a very good understanding of Mathematics and Computer Science along with a strong foundation in Biology.
Backend Developer Intern (Team of 2)• June 2019 - August 2019
Worked with Dr. Pravesh Biyani and his team in order to develop a Public Information System(PIS) for DIMTS. Major contribution included development of an API which took the stop number as input and returned the required information from the central database which was regularly populated with live data.
Research Project Developer (Team of 4)• May 2019 - July 2019
Created an automatic entry/exit record keeping system. The system could automatically read the License Plate of any incoming or outgoing vehicle and accordingly maintained a central database of registered vehicles allowing the user to track the number of vehicles inside the campus at any given time. The system aimed at automating the record keeping process to create an accurate and robust log of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
My never-ending quest for nowledge and the habbit of tinkering about with anything I can lay my hands on has always led me to increase the different number of skills in my arsenal. The fact that I find it hard to give up on a problem once I set my mind to it, allows me to sometimes increase my knowledge on a given subject and learn completely new things at other times! The following are some things I believe I am skilled at (Right now):
CICLOP (Characterization of Inner Cavity Lining of Proteins) aims to identify and characterize the pores/cavities/tunnels/channels found in proteins. The software is able to accurately map the residues that line the inside surface of these structural features of a given protein. CICLOP is completely automated with the only required input of the protein coordinates, in the form of a PDB file.
Research Project, Structural Biology, WebserverSuccessfully cloned the very famous game of Plants-vs-Zombies as part of my Advanced Programming course project. Worked in a team of two alongside Muskan Aggarwal. The game was fully implemented in JAVA, JavaFX was used for graphics.
Game-Dev, Object Oriented Programming
Strether is an Blockchain based streaming service where there is an option to pay as you watch or instant pay. Transaction is highly secured due to the incorporation of the Blockchain technology. Moreover, the concept of pay as you watch is not very extensively used in current time but we thought it provides user with lot of liberty in the sense that he/she doesn't need to pay for the whole seminar/live-stream/media, if they only want to experience a part of the whole thing.

A Multi-User chat application developed using Python. The Users are free to connect from any part of the world as long as they have the public IP address and the port number of the server. And of course, they must be connected to the internet.
This was a solo venture
For any vehicle entering or exiting, a record needs to be maintained, which can be a tedious and time consuming process especially for frequently visiting vehicles such as those of faculty members, staff members and students. Entry and Exit of a vehicle from different gates leads to asynchronized record keeping since no single logbook is present. A team effort of 4 people (including me), we automated the process by automating the whole process using webcams and Raspberry-pis.
Raspberry-pi, Socket Programming, License Plate RecognitionA clone of the very famous and Retro, Snake Game using C# and Unity. Made this in High School. A solo venture, this was the project that introduced me to C# as well as Unity
Game Development, C#, Unity
More supercool projects on their way, will be up in no-time! ;)
PS: You'll never see this section not present on the website! Cause I'm always working on something new. ALWAYS !!
